Meeting Rooms

Two public meeting rooms are available for use by non-profit community groups during regular Library Hours.

  • The Mary Baldwin Community Room has a capacity of 170 persons and is located on the Main Level.
  • The Evelyn Moss Conference Room has a capacity of 15 persons and is located on the Upper Level, accessible by elevator.

In order to schedule meeting rooms, organizations must complete and return the meeting room application form. Forms are available at the Circulation Desk, or you may download one here. Applications must be received at least one (1) week before the event. The completed application may be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the Library in person.
