Bring your laptop or other device and connect to the wifi network Cheshire Public Library. No password is required.
Use your library card to access Windows computers and iMacs on the lower level, the Teen room, or the Children’s room (for ages 12 and under).
Library computers come equipped with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher), GIMP, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Please call (203) 272-2245 to inquire about additional software.
Printing & Copying
Black and White Copies: 10¢ per page.
Color copies: 50¢ per page.
The library copier is also a high-speed scanner. Scanning to your own USB flash drive is free. Scanning to email is free.
The fax machine only accepts credit or debit cards, no cash.

Need wifi at home for 2 weeks? Cheshire residents can checkout a mobile hotspot to have internet access at home on tablets, laptops, or desktop computers. Hotspots are available at our front desk. Please see our Borrowing Policies for late fees and restrictions.
Study Rooms are available on the lower level.
The Mary Baldwin Room (main level) can hold up to 170 people.
The Moss Room (3rd floor) is good for groups of up to 10.
